If you’re here, something in your life likely isn’t working—whether it’s a relationship, work stress, or a deeper sense of feeling stuck. You want things to change, and you want to feel better now.

Therapy for when you feel angry, stuck, lonely, overwhelmed, lost, heavy, or confused.

People often seek therapy during moments of pain or uncertainty—and that’s important. But therapy doesn’t have to wait until a crisis. It can also be a valuable space during times of transition, growth, or when you simply need support and perspective.

Taking time for reflection is an investment in yourself. You are the expert on your own life, and therapy can help you strengthen emotional insight, build healthier coping skills, and move forward with greater clarity.

That’s where I come in. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work through challenges together. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and focused on helping you navigate difficult experiences, improve relationships, and move toward the version of your life that feels right for you.

I’m Justin - Nice To Meet You!

I am currently completing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. Before beginning this work, I spent several years in the field of nutrition counseling, which continues to shape my holistic, whole-person approach to mental health.

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or emotionally stuck. In your 20s, 30s, and 40s, life can feel like a constant balancing act—careers, relationships, parenthood, identity shifts, and the pressure to have everything “figured out,” often without the space to pause and process.

My work is about creating that space.

A space where you can slow down, feel understood, and show up exactly as you are—without judgment or expectation. Together, we make sense of what’s weighing on you, untangle patterns that no longer serve you, and help you move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes, you just need a place to land and someone to sit with you while you figure things out.

It works, it really does

Don't be afraid to ask for help. Sometimes the hardest thing we ever must do is ask for help. We want to show everyone that we can do it all, that we have it under control. But the reality is that asking for help is not a sign of weakness - it is the greatest sign of strength.

Signs You May Need Therapy

Daily Functioning is Impaired: You are struggling to get out of bed, complete tasks, or maintain hygiene.

Persistent Emotional Distress: You feel, numb, hopeless, or experience intense anger/fear that you cannot manage.

Relationship Struggles: Constant conflict, withdrawal from loved ones, or difficulty communicating.

Unhealthy Coping Mechanisms: Turning to alcohol, drugs, or risky behaviors to manage emotions.

Physical Symptoms Without a Cause: Chronic pain, headaches, or stomach issues that doctors cannot explain.

Trauma or Significant Life Changes: Struggling to process grief, divorce, job loss, or past trauma.

Overthinking and Negative Thought Patterns: An inability to turn off your mind or constant negative self-talk.

Proactive Counseling

You should consider seeing a therapist when emotional, mental, or behavioral issues begin to interfere with your daily life, relationships, or work.

Key signs include overwhelming anxiety, persistent sadness,, changes in sleep or appetite, using substances to cope, or feeling "off". It is a proactive step for managing trauma, life transitions, or gaining self-awareness.

When to Seek Immediate Help
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or harming others, seek professional help immediately, such as calling 911.

Benefits of Early Intervention
You do not need to be in a crisis to see a therapist. Seeking help early can prevent minor struggles from becoming major crises, improve your quality of life, and equip you with tools to handle future challenges.

My Approach

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our sessions are shaped around your experiences, your pace, and what feels right for you.

I work in a way that is:

  • Compassionate and non-judgemental

  • Trauma-aware and emotionally safe

  • Practical as well as reflective

  • Focused on understanding, not “fixing” you

You’re not broken. Something in you is responding to life, and together we’ll explore that with care.

Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.

What To Expect

  • A calm, confidential space where you can speak freely

  • Sessions that feel supportive, not overwhelming

  • A therapist who listens deeply and meets you where you are

  • Time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself

  • Many clients tell me therapy feels like a relief - a place where they can finally exhale
