I’m a qualified therapist supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or emotionally stuck.

In your early 30s, life can feel like a lot - careers, relationships, motherhood, identity shifts, pressure to “have it together”, and very little space to actually breathe. My work is about creating that space. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement or expectation.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Sometimes you just need someone to sit with you while you untangle things.
